The Program Development Strategy Intern, AIMS Rwanda (Pan African Mathematics Olympiad – PAMO) will primarily be responsible for contributing to the development of the AIMS Rwanda PAMO strategy, and helping to plan the long-term sustainability of the Mathematics Olympiad Program. He/she will also help with the organization and planning of PAMO, and will act as the Executive Assistant to the chair of the Local Organizing Committee/Outreach and Olympiad Manager.
Do you have what we need?
• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a field related to mathematical sciences, development education, economics, international development, project management, monitoring and evaluation or social sciences or still studying to achieve that;
• Effective facilitation and communication skills in English, both oral and written. Facilitation in French is an added advantage;
• Effective report writing skills;
This is a 3 months’ internship opportunity based at AIMS Rwanda Centre in Kigali.
