The financial proposal shall include a “Purchase and delivery of science laboratory equipment and chemicals to secondary schools in Rwanda.”, inclusive of all costs associated for successful completion of the project. Payment of all applicable duties and taxes in respect of the applicants will be the responsibility of the bidder and bidders shall be deemed to have satisfied themselves in this regard before submitting their proposal.  This Proposal is valid for 60 (ninety) days from the deadline of the Proposal submission.
