Mastercard Foundation
Mastercard Foundation, in November 2014, partnered with AIMS to support 30% of all admitted students as well as the Teacher Training Program in Cameroon. Launched in March 2018, the Leaders in Teaching Initiative is supporting the Teacher Training Program in Rwanda.

IDRC
The International Development Research Centre, with the support of Global Affairs Canada, partnered with AIMS towards the implementation of the Mathematical Science for Climate Change Resilience (MS4CR) program, spanning through 2017 to 2021 to support master’s training, research and internships in climate science, including fellowships to support women in the field of climate change.
Carnegie Corporation of New York
Google is currently supporting AIMS in the implementation of the African Master’s in Machine Intelligence (AMMI) piloted at AIMS Rwanda. Google, via Friends of Perimeter Institute, equally supported the establishment of our Senegal and Ghana centres.
Facebook is currently supporting AIMS in the implementation of the African Master’s in Machine Intelligence (AMMI) piloted at AIMS Rwanda.

The Federal Ministry of Education & Research (Germany) has supported the establishment of the Endowed Chairs of Research in Mathematics and its Applications at AIMS Ghana.
DAAD
DAAD is equally supporting the Endowed Chairs of Research in Mathematics & its Applications hosted at AIMS Centres of Excellence across the network, in addition to supporting the AIMS-ESMT Industry Immersion program at AIMS South Africa.

The Alexander von Humboldt Foundation is supporting the Endowed Chairs of Research in Mathematics & its Applications hosted at AIMS Centres of Excellence across the network. AIMS Research Centres support doctorate and post-doctorate researchers across Africa.

AIMS has a culture of collaboration which enhances scientific discovery, knowledge sharing and learning, achieved through strategic partnerships with academic institutions in Africa and across the globe.
