Grace Folts is the executive officer and program finance manager of AIMS. She provides special support to the president and CEO. She is responsible for developing proposal budgets and providing internal network financial reporting for programs. She is also responsible for program cost analysis and forecasts for the Global Network, compliance of applicable contract and donor requirements, competitive analysis of procurement options and budgeting support for AIMS new centre start up and development.
Grace is a development practitioner with a focus on financial excellence and accountability towards lasting impact in transforming lives and communities. She has more than 13 years of professional experience in both the private and non-profit sectors. Before joining AIMS, she worked for The Leprosy Mission Canada, where she oversaw projects in Southeast Asia, managed program finance and compliance for all international programs and led the public engagement campaign team.
Grace is currently working towards her project management professional certification, is a Level II candidate for the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and obtained her management accounting for NGO certification and integrated marketing communication for behavioral impact in health and social development certification from New York University. She earned a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign.
