Prof. Adam Sneyd, University of Guelph

Prof. Adam Sneyd (@adamsneyd) conducts research on globalisation, development and the political economy of commodities in the African context. His program focuses on three thematic areas: (i) global governance initiatives for commodities; (ii) perspectives on food security challenges and opportunities; and (iii) ways of knowing about the political economy of poverty. Through his position on the AIMS-NEI Academic and Scientific Advisory Council, he hopes to advance innovative approaches to maximising the development impact of graduate-level STEM education in Africa.
